Terms governing access to and use of GenX.art
2026/08/12
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GenX.art, including its websites, accounts, generation workflows, asset tools, billing features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
You must be legally permitted to use the Service and enter into these Terms in your location. If you are not old enough to contract independently, you may use the Service only with any consent and supervision required by law.
You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share passwords, reset links, API keys, or payment credentials.
GenX is a multi-model workspace for creating images, video, and audio from prompts and supported reference media. Available models, providers, inputs, settings, formats, processing times, regions, and features can change. Some functions are experimental or provided by third parties.
GenX does not guarantee that a model will remain available, that every workflow will accept the same inputs, or that an output will match a prompt.
The live Pricing page, creator estimate, and checkout summary display the terms currently offered for a purchase, including price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing interval, included credits, and expiry. The checkout summary controls if it conflicts with a marketing description.
For recurring purchases, you authorize the checkout provider to charge the displayed amount at the displayed interval until cancellation. Manage an active subscription through Settings → Billing where available. The billing portal shows the effective date of a cancellation or plan change.
Credits are usage units, not money or stored value. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire according to the terms displayed when issued. A generation may place a temporary hold on credits while processing; successful tasks settle the hold, and confirmed failures or reconciled timeouts release it.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms shown at checkout, usage, applicable law, and the circumstances. No blanket refund window is promised by these Terms. Submit a billing request through the contact form without payment-card details.
You retain whatever rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you submit (“Inputs”). You must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to upload and process Inputs, including permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, voice, and likeness.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process Inputs and generated results only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and carry out your requests. Necessary model and infrastructure providers may process Inputs under their applicable terms and data-handling practices.
Do not submit secrets, payment-card data, health records, or other sensitive information unless a workflow expressly supports it and you have verified the relevant safeguards.
Generative results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other results, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or relying on them.
GenX does not promise that copyright or other exclusive rights will arise in a result, does not transfer third-party rights, and does not provide a blanket commercial-use license. Your permitted use depends on the Inputs, the selected model and provider terms, the purchase terms shown to you, applicable law, and third-party rights.
You may not use the Service to:
We may reject a generation, restrict content, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, provider rules, or law.
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as authentication, model inference, hosting, storage, payments, email, and analytics. Their terms, availability, safety rules, and data practices may apply to your use. References to a third-party model or company do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and models. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep independent copies of results you need; the Service is not a permanent archival system.
The Service software, interface, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service or our marks are transferred to you.
Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or when operation of the Service becomes impracticable. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Account deletion is irreversible and may remove access to stored results. Limited records may remain where needed for security, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service and generated results are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, GenX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms to reflect Service, legal, or operational changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service.
Applicable law and available dispute rights depend on your location and any mandatory consumer protections. Before beginning formal proceedings, you may contact us to seek an informal resolution. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
For questions about these Terms, billing, or a dispute, use the contact form and choose the relevant topic. Include an account email and task or order reference where helpful, but never include passwords, API keys, or full payment-card details.
