Understand plan allowances, billing, and credit costs in GenX
Use the live pricing page
Plan availability, prices, included credits, billing intervals, and credit-expiry terms can change. The live Pricing page displays the values currently configured for your locale and checkout.
Before you purchase
Review the plan card and checkout summary together. The checkout provider is the source of truth for the amount, currency, tax, renewal schedule, and payment methods shown for your transaction.
What to compare

| Billing interval | One-time, monthly, or annual, as displayed |
| Model access | Whether the models and workflows you need are currently available |
| Generation cost | The estimate shown in the creator for your selected model and settings |
An output quality or duration is not guaranteed by the plan name alone. Those options are model-specific and appear in the creator only when supported.
Generation cost
GenX does not apply one fixed price to every image, video, or audio task. Cost may change with:
- Model and provider
- Duration, quality, aspect ratio, or output count
- Reference media and other model-specific options
The estimate beside the Generate button is the current source of truth for that configuration.
Payment methods
Available methods are presented by the checkout provider and can vary by region, currency, and transaction. GenX support will never ask you to send full card details, passwords, or API keys.
Manage a subscription
Open Settings → Billing to access the billing portal. The portal shows the active plan, next billing information, and the effective date of a cancellation or change. Read that summary before confirming.
Refund requests
Eligibility depends on the item purchased, the terms shown at checkout, usage, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. Use the contact form, choose Billing and account, and include the account email and relevant order reference—but no payment-card data.
