Start, review, change, or cancel a GenX subscription
Before subscribing
Open the live Pricing page and compare the plan's included credits, expiry, billing interval, and currently available features. Then verify the final amount, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and payment method in checkout.
Start a subscription
Sign in
Use the account that should own the subscription and generation credits.
Select a plan
Choose an available monthly or annual option on Pricing. Plan availability can vary.
Review checkout
Confirm the item, amount, currency, tax, renewal schedule, and provider terms before paying.
Confirm account status
After checkout returns to GenX, open Settings → Billing and verify that the new status and credits appear. Payment events can take a short time to synchronize.
Manage billing
Use Settings → Billing to open the provider-hosted billing portal. Depending on the active purchase and provider capabilities, the portal may allow you to:
- Review the active plan and next billing date
- Update an available payment method
- View invoices or receipts
- Cancel or change the subscription
The options and effective dates shown in the portal are the source of truth for your account.
Cancellation
Review the cancellation confirmation carefully. It should show when the change takes effect and what access remains. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your GenX account or previously created assets.
Payment or synchronization issue
- Refresh Settings → Billing after a short delay.
- Check whether checkout shows a completed, pending, or failed payment.
- Avoid paying repeatedly for the same intended purchase.
- If the status remains wrong, use the contact form, choose Billing and account, and include the account email and order reference without card details.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility is not a blanket promise. It depends on the purchase, the terms shown at checkout, usage, applicable law, and the request circumstances. Contact support with the order reference for review.
