Do unused credits roll over?
No, monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who aren't satisfied.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the free tier.
